Scholarship Copilot helps students find scholarships, organize application work, and draft scholarship materials. This policy explains the categories of information the site may process and how that information is used.

Information we collect

The product may collect account information such as name, email address, password credentials, and login session data. Students may also provide scholarship profile details such as education level, school, major, location, GPA, activities, goals, background information, financial-need context, writing preferences, essays, documents, and application notes.

How we use information

Information is used to operate the product, create and maintain accounts, match scholarship opportunities to student profiles, organize applications, draft student-reviewed content, provide support, improve site quality, prevent abuse, and comply with legal or security requirements.

Scholarship sources and public information

Scholarship Copilot may display public scholarship listing facts such as provider names, public URLs, descriptions, amounts, deadlines, and eligibility summaries. Private student profiles, uploaded documents, account data, internal prompts, private scores, and saved dashboard matches are not published in the public catalog.

Cookies, analytics, and advertising

The site may use cookies or similar technologies for authentication, security, product functionality, analytics, and advertising. Third-party vendors, including Google, may use cookies to serve ads based on a user's prior visits to this and other websites. Users can manage Google advertising preferences at Google Ads Settings.

Google and other third parties may place and read cookies on users' browsers, use web beacons, IP addresses, or similar identifiers, and collect information as a result of ad serving on this site. Scholarship Copilot does not place Google ad code on private account, onboarding, dashboard, password reset, API, or admin pages. The site is not directed to children under 13, and private scholarship profile details are not intentionally passed to Google in ad requests.

Service providers

The site may use service providers for hosting, databases, authentication, email delivery, payments, AI features, analytics, security, and advertising. These providers process information as needed to provide their services.

Student control and retention

Students should avoid entering information that is not needed for scholarship search or application support. Account and profile information may be retained while an account is active or as needed for security, operational, legal, or support purposes.
